Associated Luxury Hotels International adds seven new U.S. hotels

Associated Luxury Hotels International increased its domestic portfolio with the addition of seven new hotels. The new properties include the Hotel Alessandra in Houston; the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas; and the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix, as well as the following properties in Denver: Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block, The Crawford Hotel – Denver Union Station and The Oxford Hotel.

Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek—Denver

Halcyon is located in Denver’s Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The 154-room property offers 6,500 square feet of meeting and event areas, a rooftop pool, fitness center and Gear Garage stocked with seasonal outdoor equipment.

The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block—Denver

The Maven Hotel anchors Dairy Block, the new microdistrict in the city's Lower Downtown neighborhood. The 172-room hotel offers 12,100 square feet of meeting and event space. Union Station, the historic Larimer Square and Coors Field are all located within walking distance of the property.  

The Crawford Hotel – Denver Union Station—Denver

The Crawford Hotel is located inside downtown Denver’s historic train station, Denver Union Station. The station also connects downtown Denver to the city’s international airport. Not one of the hotel's 112 guestrooms and suites is alike, and the property offers 7,800 square feet of flexible meeting space. 

The Oxford Hotel—Denver

Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, The Oxford Hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and businesses in Denver's LoDo neighborhood. The 80-room property combines elements of the past with today’s modern conveniences. The hotel offers 9,125 square feet of meeting and event space that can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. 

Hotel Alessandra—Houston

The Hotel Alessandra is a 223-room property located centrally in Houston. The hotel offers 9,930 square feet of flexible meeting and event space to accommodate groups of various sizes. 

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa—Austin, Texas

Located in the Texas Hill Country, 20 minutes away from downtown Austin, the 4,000 acre Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa offers 493 guestrooms. The property offers 60,027 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. The hotel is undergoing a $150-million renovation that will add a new event pavilion, a conference center and six new dining outlets.

Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix—Phoenix

The Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix is a boutique hotel anchoring CityScape, a downtown Phoenix landmark. The property, located within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center, offers 242 guestrooms and suites. The hotel offers 10,000 square feet of function space.
