Hotel operator Converge Hospitality has signed a management agreement with DL Hotel Partners to manage its Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
The Fairfield Inn is a 69-room property located on Detroit Lake. Amenities include an indoor pool, a fitness center; the Corner Market; and access to the city beach, boardwalk and a plethora of bars, restaurants, and nightlife.
U.S. highways 10 and 59, and MN State Highway 34 serve as the main thoroughfares through the city. Detroit Lakes is located 45 miles east of Fargo, N.D., and 200 miles northwest of Minneapolis. Detroit Lakes is a major tourist destination during the winter and summer months.
