Dimension Hospitality adds Nashville Hilton to portfolio

The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center has joined Dimension Hospitality’s portfolio of managed hotels.

“Dimension has robust experience with the Hilton Garden Inn brand as well as the vibrant Nashville market,” Dimension COO Joe Viglietta said in a statement. “Capitalizing on those synergies will quickly translate into an elevated guest experience, career opportunities for our associates and an improved bottom line for our owners.”

Located in downtown Nashville, the extensively renovated hotel prominently features the work of local artists, reflecting the city’s deep relationship with country music. The property has 214 guestrooms and suites, a rooftop pool, live music and the reliable accommodations and modern amenities that are the hallmark of the HGI brand.

“The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center is a superb location for business travelers, leisure guests and convention attendees,” said Tatum Kane, senior vice president, sales and marketing. “The renovation significantly raised the bar for downtown, focused service hotels, and we are confident that coupled with our exceptional service protocols, local market knowledge and robust attention to all revenue channels, this hotel will drive new and inspired management.”

"The team and I are looking forward to collaborating with Dimension Hospitality to further grow our guest and associate experience," said General Manager Nick Kelley. “Nashville has an authentic, friendly and creative spirit and we have taken that to heart in the experiences, amenities and services that the Hilton Garden Inn provides. This partnership with Dimension Hospitality will amplify our guest service priority to those visiting Nashville for the first or 100th time,” Kelley said.

The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center has more than 10,000 square feet of upgraded and expanded meeting space capable of accommodating up to 360 guests. Cooked-to-order breakfast is available from The Garden Grille and Nashville’s famous hot chicken and local brewed beverages are served daily for lunch and dinner at the Hoppy Bird. The Purple Iris is a new indoor/outdoor lobby bar that allows guests to view live music at Martins Barbecue next door. A seasonal rooftop pool, 24-hour fitness center with a Peloton bike and free Wi-Fi top the list of important amenities at this pet-friendly hotel.
