East West Hospitality, a provider of property management and vacation rental services across Colorado’s mountain destinations, has assumed the management of Woodrun Place in Snowmass Village and added the property to its collection of mountain vacation rentals. Effective immediately, East West Hospitality will take over operations for the property, including HOA management to rental reservations, guest services and asset management.
Located just above Snowmass Base Village, Woodrun Place provides direct access to the Coney Express Lift. The property includes condominiums, from one- to four-bedroom residences to studios. Each unit has an open floor plan, a full kitchen, a fireplace and in-unit washers and dryers.
Amenities include an on-site fitness room, ski storage lockers, parking, a ski rental and repair shop and a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub. As part of a renovation scheduled for summer 2025, the property will introduce additional amenities and upgrade the pool area.
