Chicago-based First Hospitality took over operations of the 81-key Homewood Suites by Hilton Orland Park (Ill.). The property is located 25 miles southwest of Chicago and marks First Hospitality’s first hotel in the suburban village of Orland Park.
The hotel features an indoor pool, a fitness center, a business center, meeting rooms and complimentary parking. It is connected to the Elements Conference and Banquet Center and is located near several golf courses and the Orland Square Shopping Mall. The hotel’s ownership is planning to fully renovate the property in 2020.
