First Hospitality assumed management and operations of the Lively Hotel in Oklahoma City, further advancing the company’s growth into larger urban city destinations. The property will serve as the first Oklahoma property for First Hospitality, the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the state, and the 30th Hilton property managed by First Hospitality. With development underway, the property will open in summer 2024.
The Lively Hotel, a 132-key boutique property, will join OAK, a 20-acre mixed-use development district of restaurants, bars and retail shops in Oklahoma City. In addition to 13,500 square feet of retail space, the property also has a bar and restaurant as well as a 2,400-square-foot outdoor bar and pool area on the second floor, a fitness center and more than 2,600 square feet of meeting spaces.

OAK is an entertainment destination that will have 250,000 square feet of retail space, 12 bars and restaurants and 320 residential units.
