First Hospitality takes over management of Ohio Fairfield Inn

First Hospitality has assumed management of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus (Ohio) OSU. The hotel is owned by Fillmore Capital Partners and features a fresh, contemporary design following a $4.5 million renovation.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is located 1 mile from The Ohio State University. The hotel offers 165 guestrooms and suites and two meeting spaces totaling 1,250 square feet. The Fairfield Inn & Suites marks First Hospitality’s seventh hotel in the state.
