Hospitality management company HEI Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the 202-key Even Hotel Brooklyn, N.Y.; the 167-key Even Hotel Rockville, Md.; and the 128-key Even Hotel Norwalk, Conn. The properties are owned by a joint venture between Taconic Capital Advisors and 6R Capital Group.
“We are pleased to expand our relationship with HEI and are confident their discerning management approach will help realize these properties’ full potential,” Andrew Lam, director at Taconic Capital Advisors, said in a statement.
“HEI’s growing relationship with Taconic Capital Advisors is rewarding as we continue to align our mutual objectives and we are excited to build a new relationship with the team at 6R Capital Group,” said HEI Hotels & Resorts CEO and Managing Partner Anthony Rutledge.
The three hotels each have a meeting room and a fitness center, as well as an Even Kitchen & Bar.
HEI has a portfolio of 100 properties across the United States.
