Continental Assets Management has selected Highgate to manage the Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay. This is Highgate’s’ first property on Kauai and its 12th property in Hawaii, including the ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and The Twin Fin, Oahu.
“It is an honor to be selected by Continental Assets Management to manage the Hilton Garden Inn Kauai, the only Hilton property on the island” Highgate EVP of Operations Kelly Sanders said in a statement. “We are excited to be working with the talented teams at Continental Assets Management and Hilton to drive results for this special property.”
Located across 10 acres next to the Wailua River and Lydgate Beach Park, the beachfront hotel is near Wailua Falls, Kapaa town and Lihue Airport. The hotel has two pools, two restaurants and a poolside bar, a business center, a gym and laundry services. The property also has more than 7,400 square-feet of event space and an ocean view wedding gazebo.
Accommodations include an assortment of guestrooms, suites and cottages. Each of the 216 rooms has coffee and tea brewers, a large work desk, microwave and refrigerator.
