Hotel Management is now accepting nominations for its 2026 GMs to Watch, recognizing the next generation of hotel leaders who are driving operational excellence, cultivating strong teams, elevating the guest experience and helping shape the future of hospitality.
We're looking for standout general managers who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, financial performance and commitment to developing talent. Whether leading an independent hotel, resort, branded property or management company asset, these executives are making a measurable impact on their organizations and communities.
This award isn't reserved for seasoned veterans only; excellent GMs come from all ages, all segments and all geographic locations. The application deadline is July 31.
Previous Hotel Management GMs to Watch award winners are not eligible to win again; however, if you have applied for the award in the past and not been included on the final list you are welcome to apply again providing you still meet the criteria.
