Hotels in Colorado, Indiana, California change management

A Hampton Inn & Suites in Colorado, a Westin in Indiana and an Autograph Collection hotel in California have changed management recently. 

Crestline Hotels & Resorts took over management of the 88-room Hampton Inn & Suites Silverthorne (Colo.). The Rocky Mountains hotel is located near several skiing/snowboarding destinations, including Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Arapahoe Basin. Its amenities include a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a business center and a 625-square-foot meeting room. Crestline, which recently took over management of the Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher in Florida, operates nearly 17,000 rooms across 116 hotels, resorts and conference centers.

KSL Capital appointed Davidson Hotels & Resorts to manage The Westin Indianapolis. The 575-room, 15-story hotel is located in downtown Indianapolis, adjacent and connected to the Indiana Convention Center. The hotel will continue with the Westin Hotels & Resorts brand and undergo a comprehensive renovation that will update all guestrooms, public spaces and dining and social venues.  The Westin Indianapolis features 39,000 square feet of meeting and event space; a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner; a fitness center; and a pool. Davidson operates more than 13,000 rooms across 45 hotels.

The Citizen Hotel, Autograph Collection’s new owner Cambridge Landmark selected Interstate Hotels & Resorts to manage the 196-room property. Located in Sacramento, Calif., it features 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a fitness center and a “farm-to-fork” restaurant. Cambridge plans to renovate the hotel’s guestrooms and restaurant. Interstate represents 605 hotels, including committed properties in development, across 15 countries.
