Hotel Management magazine has been operating for nearly 150 years. It’s been through world wars, published alongside 24 U.S. presidents and around for every one of the New York Yankees’ 27 World Series wins.

It’s a storied, celebrated history that over the time has been supplemented by a host of events, including our very popular Hotec events, which facilitate business by connecting the buyer and supplier communities.

Along the journey, we’ve gone through several different brand iterations, and like the hospitality industry reloading again after a bumpy few years, we’ve decided to take the step to refresh ourselves.

What that means? We are rolling out fresh, new logo and layout designs for all our brand properties, including the much-anticipated Hospitality Show next June in Las Vegas. As we hope you’ll agree, the striking, sleek looks complement the modern hotel industry typified by myriad asset types, experiences, operational strategies and design concepts.

Our mission on the content and event side is to provide the most comprehensive material and coverage that informs and connects our audiences. It’s easier said than done, especially in a new age of hospitality that has taken many of its cues from a wearying pandemic and, more encouragingly, from DEI and ESG initiatives, which are helping to evolve and improve the face of lodging companies. We accomplish this through a multipronged and multimedia approach that complements the venerable print publication: our website, newsletters and, more recently, a podcast featuring the notable voices in hospitality.

It has been and will continue to be Hotel Management’s duty to report on the central issues that impact the business of hospitality, which is your business. We are excited to venture out under our new brand insignia into a bold and new future of hospitality. And we are glad you are along for the journey.
