IPD Hospitality to manage the Comfort Suites in Oshkosh, Wis.

IPD Hospitality, a hotel management and consulting company based in Atlanta, was awarded the management contract for the Comfort Suites in Oshkosh, Wis. This property is the second hotel in the Wisconsin market to be managed by IPD.

“The Comfort Suites in Oshkosh is a great addition to our portfolio of hotels and we are honored to have been awarded the management contract," Richard Norton, president of IPD Hospitality, said in a statement. "We look forward to our new partnership with a group of people who share our vision in providing exceptional guest experiences.”   

The 80-room hotel, which consists of all suites, is designed for both leisure and business travelers. The property is located off of I-41, and provides guests with access to downtown and area attractions such as the Grand Opera House, the EAA AirVenture Museum and Lake Winnebago.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet, an indoor heated pool, a business center, a meeting room, a fitness center and a 24-hour market. A renovation of the hotel is scheduled for spring of 2019.
