Understanding their specific requirements, we created custom mattresses that support athletic recovery through optimized support and temperature regulation,” Piana said. “This kind of tailored innovation is what sets us apart. We align with each hotel property’s unique brand and guest needs to create a truly unique and memorable sleep experience.”

At the heart of this innovation is Piana’s V/SMART technology, a breakthrough in textile engineering that’s changing the game in mattress design. V/SMART technology allows for a mattress that breathes 10 times better, weighs 60 percent less and reduces CO2 emissions by 70 percent compared to conventional foam. The result is a sustainable yet high-performance product. The Mandala cover of the Rinnovo mattress, made from Repreve sustainable yarn, is more than just a design — it’s a symbol of the balance between comfort, technology and environmental responsibility.
