Maverick Hotels and Restaurants will be providing third-party management services for two hotels owned by VTT Management.
Maverick will be working with VTT Management to renovate and reposition both properties.
The Nantucket Inn in Nantucket, Mass., has 100 rooms situated around three outdoor courtyard spaces. Resort amenities include a library lounge, tennis courts, gym and the island’s only indoor pool at a hotel. The resort also provides complimentary shuttle service into downtown Nantucket and the Ferries.
The 130-room Days Inn by Wyndham Days Inn by Wyndham Mt Pleasant-Charleston-Patriots Point in South Carolina is close to downtown Charleston, the Medical University of South Carolina and local beaches. The hotel provides free wi-fi, laundry facilities, an outdoor pool and free parking.
