McKibbon Hospitality added the Hampton Inn & Suites Charlottesville (Va.)-At The University to its management portfolio. Owned by Noble Investment Group, the property is centrally located on Charlottesville’s Main Street, close to the University of Virginia campus and Medical Center, as well as the Charlotte Amtrak station, Albemarle Airport and Downtown Mall.
The new management contract expands McKibbon’s presence in Virginia, where the company currently manages the Residence Inn Charlottesville Downtown and the SpringHill Suites Richmond Northwest. The hotel adds 100 new rooms to McKibbon’s overall portfolio, bringing the total number of hotels managed throughout the U.S. to 99 with more than 12,000 guestrooms.
The Hampton Inn's amenities include complimentary airport shuttle service and a 24/7 fitness center.
