Hospitality management company National Hospitality Services, an affiliate of Hotel Equities, has added two North Dakota hotels to its portfolio: MainStay Suites in Williston and Candlewood Suites, an IHG hotel, in Bismarck.
Extended-stay MainStay Suites in Williston is close to major attractions and business centers. The Candlewood Suites brand has a contemporary design.
“We are excited to welcome MainStay Suites and Candlewood Suites into the NHS family,” NHS President Sarah Koustrup said in a statement. “These additions align perfectly with our growth strategy, which focuses on investing in best-in-class properties that offer unmatched guest experiences.”
NHS joined Hotel Equities strategic alliance collective earlier in 2023 allowing them to take advantage of scale and resources that have become essential to optimizing hotel performance.
