Noble House Hotels & Resorts – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – will take over the management of Solé on the Ocean, a hotel located north of Miami Beach, in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. The beachfront boutique property is the latest addition to Noble House Hotels & Resort’s recent expansion of its roster of properties throughout the United States, and is the seventh asset to be added in the past 18 months. Located in the enclave of Sunny Isles Beach, the property has an oceanfront location and a private, full-service beach club.
Solé on the Ocean will add to Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ existing ownership and management portfolio of luxury properties in South Florida, including LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, Ocean Key Resort & Spa, Pelican Grand Beach Resort and the brand’s most recent addition, Banyan Cay Resort & Golf. The property also has 147 one-and-two bedroom condominium apartments offering ocean, water and city views that Noble House Hotels & Resorts will oversee.

Under Noble House Hotels & Resorts management, Solé on the Ocean will continue working with Stephane Dupoux of Dupoux Design, who designed the hotel’s contemporary interiors. Building upon the property’s oceanfront location, each guestroomroom has a private terrace with glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Atlantic Ocean or Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway.

The property’s on-site restaurant, Fresh American Bistro, offers seasonal cuisine using ingredients obtained from local farms, fisheries and artisan producers. The hotel's additional amenities include an oceanside pool, gym, sauna, steam room, room service and valet parking.
