OCI Hospitality has taken over the management of the 133-key Hampton Inn & Suites Cherry Creek in Denver. NSR Hotels acquired the property from Blackstone earlier this year.
"As our first Hilton asset, we are excited to partner with Danny Givertz, Linda Saron and the team at OCI Hospitality,” NSR Hotels CEO Himanshu Sarvaiya said in a statement. “They are tried and true operators with a history of great returns. Our values and approach are well aligned to drive performance together.”
This is the second third-party management contract OCI has obtained in the last three months. In November, OCI retained the management for the 112-key Hampton Inn & Suites in Lino Lakes, Minn. after selling the property to Growth Hospitality. This is the second property OCI manages for Growth Hospitality.
OCI Hospitality is the hotel management division of the Oliver Companies family office. OCI currently manages more than 3,400 keys across 25 hotels in 10 states.
