Paramount Hospitality Management officially took over management of The Grove Resort Orlando in Winter Garden, Fla. The property, located minutes from the west entrance of Walt Disney World, features residential-style accommodations, an onsite water park, multiple swimming pools and miniature golf.
The hotel, owned by a joint venture between affiliates of Westport Capital Partners and BTI Partners, opened its first phase in March 2017. Today, more than 600 of its 878 suites are currently open, each with a full kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms and a screened patio.
The resort includes the onsite Surfari Water Park, which features an interactive water structure with multiple slides, a nearly 700-foot lazy river, a dual-rider surf simulator and a poolside eatery. The hotel additionally offers three other pools, indoor glow-in-the-dark mini golf, a spa, a children’s activity center, 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space and four additional dining options. The resort also provides a complimentary shuttle to the Walt Disney World Transportation & Ticket Center.
Paramount Hospitality Group owns and manages condo hotels, resorts and hotels, specifically in the Orlando, Fla., market. It currently operates five properties and 2,854 rooms.
