New management companies have taken over operations at a number of hotels.
Greenwood Hospitality Group
Greenwood Hospitality Group has assumed management of the Tulsa (Okla.) Club Hotel, a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton. The 96-room, upper-upscale property is listed on the National Trust for Historic preservation in the Oil Capital Historic District. Designed in 1927 by architect Bruce Goff, the 11-story structure became a local landmark due to its art deco architecture. The club closed in 1994 and was abandoned for decades until Ross Group Development began its transformation of the property into a hotel. The Tulsa Club Hotel, which opened in 2019, is close to many local attractions. The property includes more than 7,000 square feet of social space, a lobby bar and a restaurant.

The fully equipped guestrooms offer a variety of configurations and additional amenities include a swimming pool, a board room, a fitness center and continental breakfast. The hotel’s location is near JetBlue Park, the Boston Red Sox spring training facility, and CenturyLink Sports Complex, the Minnesota Twins spring training facility. The hotel is 8 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and 30 minutes to the Fort Myers beaches.
