Sightline Hospitality adds three hotels to portfolio

Independent third-party hotel management company Sightline Hospitality has added three independent lifestyle hotels to its growing management portfolio: the Evo Hotel, the English Hotel and the Radio Tower and Hotel.

Evo Hotel

The Evo Hotel opened in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, Utah. Outdoor and sports retail company Evo developed a mixed-use project as a launchpad for exploring the city's outdoor recreation options, including national parks, ski resorts and hiking trails. Part of Campus Salt Lake, Evo Hotel is one component of a reimagined 100-year-old warehouse space that combined five disconnected warehouses. Campus Salt Lake has a 100,000-square-foot Evo store; the Bouldering Project gym including  climbing walls, guided yoga, and fitness classes (opening spring 2022); All Together Skatepark; Level Nine Sports; a restaurant; and a coffee shop.

The English Hotel

The English Hotel opened in late February, curated by celebrity chef Todd English in Las Vegas' arts district. Guestrooms have in-room cocktail carts and recipe cards of Todd English’s personal favorites are placed on guest pillows at night. The hotel also has a pool deck and evening restaurant-to-lounge transition. The English Hotel is affiliated with Marriott's Tribute Portfolio soft brand.

Radio Tower and Hotel

Radio Tower and Hotel is slated to open on June 16. This 22-story mixed-use development is located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. Designed as a series of stacked blocks, the building has a ceramic brick façade that breaks away into eight boxy volumes, each with its own color. Drawing inspiration from the community, the colors start with lime green and yellow, then transition into subdued blue, red, orange, teal and magenta. Along with the hotel space, the building includes lofts, office space, event space, an outdoor pool deck and a third outdoor space above the 19th floor that will have a restaurant.

“We want to accentuate the existing positives of each brand on a hospitality level,” Sightline Hospitality President Kirk Pederson said in a statement. “Whether staying in branded, soft-branded or independent hotels, guests are seeking out experiences. Each of these hotels fills that experiential desire in their own unique way. We are so excited to add each of them to our growing management portfolio.”
