Hotel management company PM Hotel Group has been selected to assume management of Southbank Hotel Jacksonville (Fla.) Riverwalk, part of Marriott International's Delta Hotels portfolio. The hotel is currently under a full renovation and will change flags when the renovation is complete.

The property’s ideal location in the heart of downtown Jacksonville combined with PM Hotel Group’s ability to develop and reposition hotels, will exceed ownership’s expectations.”
The 322-room hotel is close to the Jacksonville Riverwalk, with direct water taxi service to downtown Jacksonville and EverBank Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, 39,000 square feet of meetings and events space and two dining outlets: Southbank Johnnie’s and Pier 1515.
