Springboard Hospitality adds boutique Missouri hotel

Springboard Hospitality is adding the upcoming Ozarker Lodge in Branson, Mo., to its portfolio. Surrounded by the landscape of the Ozark mountain range, The Ozarker Lodge will be the first boutique hotel experience in Branson, led by individuals from independent investment platform Eagle Point Hotel Partners and hospitality branding and experience design agency Longitude.

“We’re excited to expand our presence into Branson, an entertainment and tourism hub drawing an estimated 10 million visitors annually,” Springboard Hospitality CEO Ben Rafter said in a statement. “We look forward to collaborating with both Eagle Point and Longitude to bring this approachable roadside lodge with unique social experiences and thoughtful programming to one of America’s most wholesome family entertainment destinations.”

Debuting in summer 2023, The Ozarker Lodge will have 102 guestrooms and activated social spaces. Designed by Midwest-based design firm Parini, the social spaces will include a lobby with a coffee and wine bar, a floating fireplace and a communal guest pantry. The Ozarker Lodge is located behind Branson's historic Fall Creek and has a large outdoor pool, fire pits, cedar soaking tubs, an events pavilion, a natural playground and a dedicated space for local food trucks.
