Springboard Hospitality adds Hotel Erwin in Los Angeles to its portfolio of 47 independent and branded properties. Located on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, the 119-room hotel has been family-owned for more than 50 years.

Located directly across from the Pacific Ocean, Hotel Erwin sits in a prime location bordering the Muscle Beach, Windward Avenue, Venice Canals, and Abbot Kinney Boulevard where noteworthy brands Farm Rio, Aviator Nation, Scotch & Soda, and more reside. The hotel’s High Rooftop Lounge has craft cocktails, views of Los Angeles’ coastline and sunsets. The hotel houses Venice Way Pizza in its lobby and Erwin’s General Store for coffees and sandwiches. Hotel Erwin has single and double classic king- and queen-bed rooms and large one- and two-bedroom apartment-sized suites, with separate living and dining areas.
