Twin Bridges Hospitality to manage 2 NYC hotels

Twin Bridges Hospitality, a hotel asset management and advisory firm, has been appointed asset manager for two new hotels that opened this month in New York City: Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Times Square and Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square.

"We are excited about the continued expansion of our asset management portfolio with our first properties in New York City," Twin Bridges Hospitality President Jillian Katcher said in a statement. "Our non-traditional approach to the business has been incredibly well received and we look forward to growing our collection throughout the U.S."

This brings the total number of properties currently managed by Twin Bridges Hospitality to 17.

The all-suite Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Times Square and Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square are close to dining and Broadway theaters and within a mile from top attractions including Macy’s, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Terminal, Madison Square Garden, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall and Fifth Avenue shopping. The properties have a rooftop lounge and lobby bar.
