Twin Bridges Hospitality has been appointed asset manager for the 160-room Residence Inn Tampa (Fla.) Westshore Airport. The company currently asset manages 16 hotel properties.
The Residence Inn Westshore Tampa hotel is 1.5 miles from Tampa International Airport and across the street from shopping and dining at International Plaza & Bay Street. The hotel has one- and two-bedroom suites and studio suites with fully equipped kitchens and work stations. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center and outdoor Sport Court.
