Boardwalk Investment Group adds California properties

Boardwalk Investment Group acquired three assets in California in hospitality, residential and retail sites. The properties include an eight-story apartment complex in San Diego’s Little Italy, The Flower Hill Promenade and shopping center in Del Mar and the 22-acre Estate Yountville resort in Napa Valley.

Boardwalk Investment Group now owns 193 hotel rooms in growing West Coast destinations. 
 

“We are pleased to expand our presence with these three trophy assets,” Founder and Chairman Gary Jabara said in a  statement.

The Estate Yountville is the largest commercial property in the area, and includes two hotels, a spa, 11 indoor-outdoor event spaces, a vineyard and a festival-style shopping center with upscale boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and a wine-tasting cellar.
