Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions Management Co. has completed phase one of the multimillion renovation conversion of the former Holiday Inn Front Royal to the DoubleTree by Hilton Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows & Golf Course in Front Royal, Va. The hotel is owned by the Navika Group of Companies, a self-advised commercial real estate company.
The 124-room hotel is getting a new lobby, a new front desk and lobby level and guestroom corridors. All guestrooms got digital locks, new mattresses and smart TVs.

The five-story hotel is seven miles from Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park. The property has an indoor pool, a fitness center, a business center and 3,333 square feet of meeting space, as well as access privileges to the adjacent Blue Ride Shadows Golf Club. The property also has a Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar.
