Chattanooga's Moxy hotel sells for $14.5M

Management and development company DelMonte Hotel Group has acquired the Moxy Chattanooga (Tenn.) Downtown for nearly $14.5 million, according to the Times Free Press. The 108-room Moxy was built by Chattanooga-based 3H Hotel Group in 2018.

The four-story boutique hotel provides check-in service at the central Bar Moxy and has a lounge and outdoor patio, a fitness center, customizable meeting space, a bar and restaurant, and bedrooms in a modular design with custom furniture. The property is also pet-friendly.
