Hotel and brand management company Dream Hotel Group is planning to open a 155-room hotel as the centerpiece of the new Ballpark District mixed-use development in downtown Wichita, Kan.
Scheduled to open in 2024, the Unscripted Wichita will have 155 guestrooms and multiple food and beverage options, including a restaurant on the street level and a rooftop bar and lounge with views of the downtown skyline and Riverfront Stadium.

Unscripted Wichita is led by Kansas-based developer EPC Real Estate Group with architectural design by DLR Group. When open, the boutique hotel will be the hospitality centerpiece of Wichita’s new Ballpark District, a large, mixed-use development that adds three signature buildings and 120,000-square-feet of office, retail and restaurant space to Wichita’s West Bank and Delano community. Located adjacent to Riverfront Stadium, the downtown redevelopment efforts also include significant improvements to the west bank of the Arkansas River.

This announcement follows the recent signings of Cas en Bas Beach Resort by Dream Hotel Group in St. Lucia; Dream Frisco, Texas; Dream Miami; and Dream Louisville, Ky.
