Hillsboro Beach Resort launches new restaurant

In Florida, Hillsboro Beach Resort has opened a signature restaurant, Roí. Exclusive to resort guests, Roí is one of the area’s only oceanfront restaurants, with a patio overlooking the hotel’s private beach along Hillsboro Mile. From the Greek word for “flow,” Roí has a tropical design to match its South Florida surroundings. 

Executive Chef Jason Antolak brings more than 15 years of restaurant experience to his new role in the restaurant. Prior to joining the Hillsboro Beach Resort team, he worked inn several Fort Lauderdale restaurants. Antolak has participated in major culinary events such as the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and has worked alongside celebrity chef Dean James Max and Top Chef winner Jeremy Ford.
