Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with RCD Hotels, is set to open two new hotels and residences in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and in Orlando, Fla. This will be the fifth collaboration between Nobu Hospitality and RCD Hotels.
The partnership started in 2016 with the opening of Nobu Hotel Miami Beach and then grew with the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in 2019, Nobu Hotel Chicago in 2020 and the Nobu Los Cabos Residences——60 units situated next to the hotel and overlooking the golf course, due for completion in 2023.
Nobu Hotel Punta Cana, scheduled to open in 2025, will have 200 guestrooms and suites including 12 villas, a signature Nobu restaurant, meeting and event spaces and 50 Nobu residences.
Nobu Hotel Orlando is expected to open in 2025 and will have 300 accommodations including eight villas, a Nobu restaurant, and 50 residences as well as meeting and event space.
