Radisson Hotel Group brings Collection brand to Warsaw

Radisson Hotel Group is bringing its Collection brand to Warsaw with a rebranding and renovation of the former Radisson Blu Hotel. 
 
"This property becomes part of a select group of 25 hotels to have joined Radisson Collection since last year," said Elie Younes, EVP/chief development officer, Radisson Hotel Group. "We're grateful to our partners, Europa Capital, for their trust in our people and our brands."
 
Opening in May, the Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw will have 311 rooms and suites, an upgraded lobby, lounge, open-plan communal areas and a restaurant. 
 
"Having acquired the Radisson Blu Hotel building in 2017 with our partners WX Management Services, we're delighted to be launching this comprehensive refurbishment, which is in line with our asset-management strategy," said James Pennington, director at Europa Capital. "Warsaw is a prime destination for business travelers and a growing number of tourists...Our ambition is to create a modern, fit-for-purpose hotel to match the city's dynamism."
 
The hotel will be close to the city's financial center and the Rondo ONZ Tower. The Jewish Ghetto and Roma Theater are both within 2 kilometers of the hotel, while Warsaw Chopin Airport is 25 minutes away.
 
Radisson Hospitality AB will operate the property.
