Remington Hotels has signed agreements to manage the Courtyard Washington, D.C. Dupont Circle and the Moxy Washington, D.C. Downtown, two Marriott properties in the District of Columbia. Remington Hotels will oversee day-to-day operations of both properties.
The Courtyard Washington, D.C. Dupont Circle opened this month under Remington Hotels’ operation following a complete renovation. Home to a new lobby geared towards a more flexible stay, the space is designed for both leisure and business. Public spaces include The Bistro, a fitness center and pet-friendly amenities.
Located in the downtown area, Moxy Washington, D.C. Downtown joins the portfolio pairing funk-inspired design with innovative amenities. Bar Moxy serves hand-crafted drinks and small plates with an outdoor patio. The property is close to the White House, the Washington Monument and the Smithsonian.
