Trilogy Spa Holdings, a boutique spa management firm, has promoted John Grunbeck to president and Michelle Kinney to COO.

Grunbeck, formerly SVP of sales and business and development at Trilogy, has initiated key sales strategies to promote the sustained development and growth of the company. Grunbeck has more than 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Kinney steps into the role of COO from her previous position as SVP of operations at Trilogy. She has been directly responsible for overseeing the planning, development, marketing, leadership and operations of all contracted and owned spa portfolios within the organization. She has more than 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and spa industries.
