Completing a $10 million renovation, the oceanfront Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach (Calif.) has put its finishing touches on the refurbishment of all 161 guestrooms and suites, Coast 6450 restaurant, the pool area, outdoor lawn and patio area, front desk, exterior landscaping and meeting spaces.
In a departure from its prior décor, all guestrooms and suites now have a fresh, modern motif with new contemporary furnishings, flooring and finishes and coastal-inspired design. Evoking an informal and inviting ambiance, most rooms have ocean or pool views, and all got new colorful abstract artwork and a taupe and white color palette with pops of aqua blue. Furthering its modern and airy feel, new casegood furnishings are designed with natural light veneer woods offset by the ocean-hued upholstery and an aquamarine-colored carpet.
The repositioned hacienda-style hotel is located north of San Diego is close to Carlsbad Village, Legoland and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
