Hirsch Bedner Associates helms renovation of Mediterranean-inspired Casa Palmero

Casa Palmero—known as a “resort-within-a-resort” at Northern California's Pebble Beach complex—completed a refresh to its 24 guest accommodations, part of a resort-wide enhancement initiative to celebrate Pebble Beach Resorts’ centennial next year.

The renovation was spearheaded by design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA).

According to HBA senior designer Jacob Royster, the interior design for Casa Palmero is built on the existing palette—earth tones complemented by rich Mediterranean colors. Soft goods enhancements include the use of fabrics tailored with intricate stitching and patterns that are refreshed versions of traditional scroll and fretwork patterns.

The rooms now also have 55-inch HD TVs, which complement Casa Palmero’s original amenities including soaking tubs and outdoor patios with private hot tubs.

Technology upgrades were also made in the accommodations.
