The SpringHill Suites Richmond (Va.) Northwest, owned by Flynn Properties and managed by McKibbon Hospitality, has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation to its guestrooms, lobby, breakfast area and meeting space, including an all-new contemporary furniture package and carpeting with expanded seating options.
Other notable upgrades to the hotel include the addition of new guestroom mattresses, smart TVs and smart locks and new Precor fitness equipment and weights in the fitness center. The refreshed exterior got new paint, landscaping and signage while the indoor pool got new patio furniture.
The 103-room all-suite hotel also converted more than 20 guest bathrooms to walk-in showers and upgraded the mattress sizes in the double-bedded rooms to queen-sized beds.
The property is close to downtown Richmond, Innsbrook, Striker Park Fields, and Short Pump Towne Center.
