South Carolina Residence Inn updates interiors, exteriors

The Residence Inn Greenville-Spartanburg (S.C.) Airport has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation.

The hotel’s 78 studio, one- and two-bedroom suites got new wallpaper, flooring and contemporary furniture, including in-room workstations as well as technological upgrades with new flat-screen TVs and smart locks for keyless entry.

The renovation also incorporated new flooring, fixtures, décor and furniture in the lobby with the addition of an expansive communal table with outlets and charging ports along with a study nook. Communal spaces including the brand’s signature breakfast area and 24-hour market were included in the refresh as well, getting new equipment and a modernized look and feel. The hotel’s fitness center has new workout equipment and updated flooring. The outdoor pool was resurfaced and outfitted with new grills, patio furniture and string lighting.

Residence Inn Greenville-Spartanburg Airport is owned by Flynn Properties, managed by McKibbon Hospitality and is minutes from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
