California casino resort expands contactless options

The Win-River Resort & Casino in Redding, Calif., has expanded its existing relationship with hospitality software company Agilysys through the addition of Agilysys’ cloud-native software-as-a-service mobile solutions. The resort will leverage rGuest Express for mobile check-in and check-out, IG OnDemand for contactless food-and-beverage ordering and payment as well as IG KDS for kitchen order management. 

A longtime user of Agilysys’ Visual One property-management syste, InfoGenesis point-of-sale system, Agilysys Pay payment gateway, DataMagine document management and Eatec inventory and procurement products, Win-River looked to Agilysys to help reduce lines at the front desk while ensuring a safe, contactless mobile check-in/out experience. rGuest Express helps maintain social distancing and reduces direct contact. 

IG OnDemand will let guests place pick-up or roomservice food-and-beverage orders using their own phone, tablet or laptop, creating a contactless dining experience including payment. As a result, Win-River can increase revenue opportunities and enhance guest service.
