HIS upgrades internet connections for Georgia hotel

Hotel Internet Services, a provider of internet services and solutions for the hospitality industry, has implemented a high-speed Wi-Fi network upgrade at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Columbus, Ga. 

Before partnering with HIS, the hotel frequently faced poor internet quality issues such as an inability for guests and staff to connect or extremely slow speeds despite paying for a high-speed service. After considering several competing companies, the property ultimately decided to work with HIS, and the root cause of the issue was identified as resulting from an outdated network infrastructure that was creating a bottleneck in bandwidth performance and signal strength. HIS provided a detailed strategy covering how any connectivity issues could be fully resolved at an affordable price. This included updating the property's network with several state-of-the-art modems along with the strategic implementing of advanced Ruckus access points within guestroom, lobby, breakfast and meeting room areas.

Since partnering with HIS, the property has reported a significant improvement in online guest review scores.
