J Collection Hotels, a boutique hotel operator with 17 owned and operated hotels in New Orleans and the Southeast, has partnered with Cloudbeds. The Cloudbeds platform will streamline J Collection's tech stack and bring reservations management, channel distribution, payment processing and pricing intelligence into a unified system.

With Whistle’s integrated communication and automation tools, independent properties can create a more seamless check-in experience, send targeted upsell opportunities and capture feedback through a guest’s preferred communication channel.
