New partnership looks to streamline group, event space bookings

A new partnership between group booking site HotelPlanner and group sourcing/RFP software MeetingPackage aims to streamline the event booking process for both event planners and hotel sales teams.

MeetingPackage is a self-service, cloud-based, no-code platform that automates all meetings and event sales and operations for hotels and venues. Through this partnership, the platform is now the official provider of meeting and event spaces for all HotelPlanner customers.

Traditionally, the hospitality industry has managed sales and operations manually, relying on email exchanges and RFPs. The COVID-19 pandemic spotlighted the need for more efficient sales processes.
