The Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Ark., has partnered with Intelity. The racing casino resort recently announced a multimillion-dollar expansion project, one of the largest hospitality investments in the state’s history, which includes the construction of a new event center; an expanded gaming area; additional restaurants; and a luxury hotel, pool and spa.

Intelity offers solutions that will help us provide an enhanced experience and elevated service features that will help us exceed the expectations of our guests.”
Oaklawn will use Intelity’s platform to create a frictionless guest experience across the property. Guests will have access to a fully branded mobile app with mobile check-in and mobile key, the ability to request services and amenities, book reservations, view current promotions and communicate with staff.
The new hotel will feature in-room tablets in every guestroom and suite, which function as a digital compendium, offer access to all the property’s services, in-room dining, hotel promotions, events and retail offerings and more. Oaklawn also will offer tablets in public areas to provide guests with access to property and local information.
