Virginia hotel adds turnkey communication solution

The leadership team at the Watermark Hotel in Tysons, Va., has selected Think Simplicity’s turnkey communication solution for the property. 

The Watermark Hotel management team said Think Simplicity’s interface, interactive voice response, customer service and telephones were key factors in their decision. Additionally, as updates roll out, the hotel can immediately take advantage of them without involving multiple vendors or scheduling maintenance calls.
