Ascent Hospitality buys The Chattanoogan Hotel

Ascent Hospitality, a hotel management and development company acquired The Chattanoogan Hotel, a 198-room property in Chattanooga, Tenn. Ascent will modernize and renovate the hotel’s upscale guestrooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, pool and lobby areas, and will rebrand as a Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Located at 1201 Broad Street in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, the hotel has views of Lookout Mountain, is 6 miles from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport and is in close proximity to the Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City and Ruby Falls.

The five-story hotel offers 25,000 square feet of IACC-certified meeting space to accommodate up to 600 people. Other amenities include a spa, an indoor swimming pool and three outstanding restaurants.
