Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel, a 112-room hotel in Danbury, Conn., changed hands for $8.27 million. Both buyer and seller are limited liability companies and were not disclosed. Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale.
Jerry Swon, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and secured and represented the buyer as well.
Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel is managed by Prestige Hospitality Group and is close Danbury’s retail area.
