The 75-room Comfort Inn & Suites Crestview South was sold by Crestview Hospitality in a deal facilitated by DSH Hotel Advisors. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
The Florida property, affiliated with Choice Hotels, was sold for an undisclosed price to Leesburg, Fla.-based Ridhaan Realty Group. DSH Hotel Advisors represented the seller in the sale of the hotel.
The transaction was completed off-market and closed within 86 days of the listing date, according to the Tampa, Fla.-based firm. The Comfort Inn & Suites Crestview South is located on 2.34 acres near Interstate 10 and Florida State Road 85.
DSH Hotel Advisors held the exclusive listing and generated interest from a range of investors during the marketing process. Dennis Hopper, managing principal of the firm, and Alexis Hajjar, investment associate, arranged the sale of the hotel.
“This transaction reflects continued investor demand for well-positioned hospitality assets throughout the Gulf South and Florida Panhandle markets,” Hajjar said in a statement.
