Daly Seven acquires North Carolina Four Points

Daly Seven Inc. has acquired the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Durham Airport in Morrisville, N.C., from OHM Hotels RTP, expanding its footprint in the Research Triangle Park submarket. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

The 105-room hotel, located less than three miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, serves business travelers visiting Morrisville, Raleigh and Durham. Daly Seven plans to build on the property’s existing operational base to support corporate travel, regional training events and transit-driven demand.

“The Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Durham Airport is a fantastic operational fit for Daly Seven,” said Ryan Daly in a statement. “OHM Hotels RTP established a dedicated on-site team that consistently earns high marks from guests for practical, welcoming service. Our goal is to build on that foundation by optimizing what business travelers value most: seamless logistics, functional meeting space and reliable on-site food and beverage options.”

A key focus following the acquisition will be elevating the hotel’s group and events business. The property has more than 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including three configurable rooms—the Capitol, Old North State and Tar Heel—which can accommodate up to 200 attendees theater-style. The event facilities are designed for sales meetings, training sessions and small corporate retreats, supported by on-site catering and audiovisual capabilities.

The hotel also includes Spinner’s Bar & Grille, which provides guests with a full-service dining option for breakfast and dinner. The outlet offers casual American fare, local beers and a convenient alternative to off-property dining for travelers.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a complimentary shuttle within a five-mile radius—including airport transfers and nearby business hubs—an indoor heated pool and a fitness center. These features are geared toward business and blended “bleisure” travelers seeking efficient, streamlined stays.

The property provides access to major regional demand drivers, including Research Triangle Park, Lenovo Center, North Carolina State University and Wake Competition Center.
